This agreement is made between Thermocase UK Ltd t/a Ex Lab 2.0 Studios (the Studio) and the renter ('the Tenant'). By proceeding with the payment for the rental of the photography studio, the Tenant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
General Provisions By making a payment for the rental of the Studio, the Tenant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The Tenant is responsible for the safety of all equipment, props, and the overall integrity of the Studio during their rental period.
Rental Time and Overtime• Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends at the times agreed upon during the booking process.• Overtime Charges: If the Tenant exceeds the rental time, an additional charge of £60 per hour will apply. Overtime must be approved in advance by the Studio to ensure availability.• The Tenant must vacate the Studio promptly at the end of the rental period to avoid additional charges.
Payment Terms Payment for the booking must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Studio accepts payments via Credit/Debit Cards: Accept all major credit and debit cards globally (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
Tenant Responsibility The Tenant is responsible for any damages caused to the Studio, equipment, or props during the rental period. In the event of damage, the Tenant agrees to compensate for the full extent of the damage, which will be assessed by the Studio. A detailed report of the damages and the associated costs will be provided to the Tenant.)
Video Surveillance The Studio is monitored by video surveillance for security purposes. The recordings are stored securely and will not be shared without the Tenant's consent, except as required by law.
Changing Room The Studio provides a changing room for outfit changes to ensure privacy. The Tenant is responsible for ensuring that the changing room is left in good condition.
Age Restriction The Studio is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. The building administration reserves the right to deny entry to individuals under 18. By booking the Studio, the Tenant confirms that they meet this age requirement.
Studio Guarantees The Studio guarantees the availability of all equipment and props listed on the website at the time of booking. Any changes to the availability of equipment will be communicated to the Tenant in advance.
Studio Cleanliness The Tenant agrees to return the Studio in the same condition it was provided. A cleaning fee may apply if the Studio is left in a disorderly or unclean state.
Liability Waiver The Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during the rental period. The Tenant is responsible for their own belongings and should ensure that they are secured during the rental.
Indemnification The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Thermocase UK Ltd and its employees from any claims, actions, damages, or injuries arising from their use of the Studio during the rental period.
Force Majeure Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions (Force Majeure).
Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking fee. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days, where applicable. Please contact us directly for any queries regarding cancellations or refunds.
Termination of Agreement The Studio reserves the right to terminate this agreement and the Tenant's use of the Studio without refund in the event of a breach of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or illegal activity.
Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in England.
Insurance The Studio does not provide insurance for the Tenant’s equipment or liability during the rental period. The Tenant is advised to have their own insurance coverage for any equipment or liability risks.
Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with the booking and making payment, the Tenant agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The Tenant also acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding this agreement.
